Refund and Returns Policy

At Mochie (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to clearly understand under which conditions refunds or returns are available.


1. Pre-Sale Orders

Pre-sale units are limited and will be shipped on a scheduled release date (e.g., Q4 2025).

Refunds or cancellations for pre-sale orders are excluded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights (e.g., in cases where the product is not delivered or has substantial defects).


2. Returns for Physical Products After Shipment

  • If you receive a defective or damaged tracker, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, software downloads, or services accessed through the Mochie app are non-refundable.
  • Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mochie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
